He was born on December 12, 1948 in Krk, is married and father of three. He graduated in 1971 on Faculty of Economics Rijeka, University of Zagreb. He attended numerous professional seminars on financials and banking in USA. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Business experience
More than 30 years of international experience in investment banking, as manager in SWISS BANK CORPORATION, with focus on investment banking in the area of Latin America and non developed countries’ public debt refinancing and secondary trading. After that, he returned to Croatia and is involved in the business advisory through own consultancy company. He was advisor in Validus on foreign investors and clients of FIMA. Among project financing, we stress out motorway project in Mexico and Croatia (BINA Istra, Zagreb-Macelj) – negotiations and financial advisory on financing and refinancing of abovementioned projects.
