Our services

We are a real estate agency operating on the area of Croatia. As complying with the rules for real estate agencies, we are register in the List of agencies that signed the Regulations of Croatian chamber of economy (CCE). Director of the company has CCE’s license – professional qualifications to act as real estate agent.

Our professional service includes all advisory, technical, legal, admin, marketing and other services related to real estate business and investments in real estates. In contract realization process, we enable the links between the buyer and the seller of the real estate, give our opinion on value of the real estate, control ownership documentation, provide insight into legal, tax and other contract obligations for the buyer and the seller, provide the best possible market presentation of the real estate, arrange visits and review of the real estate, and interact in sale and purchase agreement.

Fees


Our agency fee includes lawyer expenses, ownership documentation verification, preparation of pre contract and annexes if needed, tabular documentation, suggestions on registration of ownership rights, submission of documentation on real estate tax. Our fees are in line with the fee directives of the Croatian chamber of economy.

The provision on selling or buying real estate is the percentage of total amount of the invoice. In the case of real estate swap, the provision is charged to both parties of the swap, and the percentage is based on the value of the real estate that has been exchanged.
