- InterGen Refinancing – UK and Mexico. Provided UK advice to InterGen, a leading global power generation company, in raising finance to repay project level debt associated with certain of InterGen’s power plants in the United Kingdom and Mexico.
- Adria LNG – Croatia. Advising the Croatian Government on the international law and financing aspects of the development of the Adria LNG regasification project on the Island of Krk, Republic of Croatia.
- Sale and Purchase of Gas Storage Facility – Croatia. Advising Plinacro on the international and English law legal aspects of the purchase from INA of a Croatian gas storage and trading business.
- Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d. – Croatia. Advising Hrvatska Elektroprivreda d.d on the international legal and aspects of the development of an electricity interconnection between Croatia and Italy.
- Hungary to Croatia Pipeline – Croatia. Provided international legal advice to the Croatian utlity Plinacro on the structuring and negotiation of an Agreement between the Croatian and Hungarian governments to build a gas pipeline from Hungary to Croatia.
- Northern Petroleum – The Netherlands. Acting for Northern Petroleum in a project to finance the development of three gas-to-power projects and oil production project.
- Hellenic Oil – Montenegro and Greece. Acting for Hellenic oil in their refinancing of a JV partner’s interests in the Montenegrin oil and gas exploration project.
- Grangemouth CHP Ltd /Share sale of Grangemouth Power Station – Scotland. Acting for Dalkia Utilities Services Plc, in their bid to purchase the Grangemouth CHP Ltd power station (originally a PFI project) by share sale.
- Singapore Power – Singapore. Acting for Singapore Power, after their AUD $1.5 Billion acquisition of TXU, on a post-acquisition risk assessment of TXU Australia’s 1,280MW generation assets, 45,000 km electricity transmission network, 8,000 km gas pipeline network (inc. gas storage facilities), and 1 million customer retail electricity business.
- Chevron Texaco /Gorgon LNG Project – Western Australia. Advising Chevron Texaco on the Gorgon AUD$11 Billion LNG project off the Northwest Coast of Australia. Advising on EPC and contractor agreements.
- ExxonMobil – Australia. Advising ExxonMobil on gas and oil upstream and downstream risk management and regulatory compliance in Victoria, Australia.

- Istrian Toll Motorway – Croatia. Advising the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the refinancing of the first phase of the Istrian toll motorway and the financing of the construction, operation and maintenance of the Istrian toll motorway (European Road Deal of the Year 2003).

- DSS Estate - Project Prime - United Kingdom. Advising Goldman Sachs in respect of the Project Prime, the DSS estate financing.
